Registration Terms & Conditions for Event Attendees
All fees are per person. Name badges may not be shared among multiple individuals. This event is designed exclusively for current customers and invited guests of CentralSquare Technologies. CentralSquare Technologies, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or decline a company’s or individual’s registration for this event. CentralSquare Technologies is committed to complying with all laws and regulations that apply to government employees and contractors. Please consult with your employer prior to attending this event to ensure that any applicable laws and regulations are observed. Additionally, please consult with your employer with respect to your participation in any drawings or giveaways. CentralSquare Technologies reserves the right to capture, or hire other parties to capture, images, audio and video at the event to be used in promotional materials. Event participants may not capture or broadcast images, audio or video of sessions or presentations during the event. If you are registering other individuals, it is your responsibility to ensure the event participants you are registering are aware of and agree to these Terms & Conditions. By registering on their behalf, you warrant that they have been made aware of these Terms & Conditions and that they agree to them. CentralSquare Technologies collects and processes data, including personal data, for purposes of participating in this event and retains this data for all purposes relating thereto. Assumption of Risk: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. Any interaction in any public place poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. By attending ENGAGE, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
ENGAGE attendee registration fees will be refunded for cancellations submitted online by the cancellation due date.
For ENGAGE Canada West 2024, the cancellation due date is: May 31, 2204
For ENGAGE Canada East 2024, the cancellation due date is: September 20, 2024
Note: Registrations submitted after the cancellation due date are non-refundable and if not paid, will be billed and due.
Paid fees for cancellations after the due date, or for no shows, will not be refunded. Unpaid fees for cancellations after the due date, or for now shows, will be billed and due.
Canceling your event registration does not cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.

FAQs
Who may attend the event?
This event is designed for current customers and invited guests of CentralSquare Technologies. If you are not an employee of a CentralSquare customer organization or an invited guest of CentralSquare and wish to attend, please email a request to events@centralsquare.com.
Third-party sponsorships may be available and if so, are exclusively for invited companies. If you wish to request approval to participate in the event as a sponsor, please contact Karla Hageman at karla.hageman@centralsquare.com.
Children are not invited to attend any portion of the event.
Are guests invited to attend the event?
Personal guests are not invited to attend the event.
May I attend the event virtually?
Virtual summits are offered throughout the year. However, this event is fully in-person.
Which methods of payment will be accepted?
CentralSquare will send an invoice for your registration to your organization. The invoice will be sent according to the billing information your organization has already established with CentralSquare.
What is appropriate attire at the event?
Business casual attire is appropriate for this event. You will be issued a name badge on-site which must be worn at all times throughout the event.
Why didn’t I receive an email confirming my registration?
Confirmation emails are automatically generated upon registration submittal. If you did not receive an email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, consider these suggestions to resolve the issue:
- Your organization may have blocked the email. Check with your I.T. department to ensure they allow emails from centralsquare.com or cvent.com domains to be delivered to you.
- You may have been registered by an administrator who has received the email instead. Also, the administrator may have opted you out of receiving emails during the registration process. Please check with the person that registered you if you did not self-register.
- A valid email address was not entered at the time of registration. Send an email to events@centralsquare.com to confirm whether your email is correct on your registration.
