Introducing the First Annual 2025 ENGAGE Awards in Canada!

The ENGAGE Awards were established to celebrate and honour CentralSquare customers who have demonstrated exceptional best practices, remarkable successes, and outstanding achievements over the past year. These awards shine a spotlight on the best of the best—recognizing the dedication, innovation, and impact of those who help build stronger, safer, and more connected communities.

At CentralSquare, we believe in the power of partnership. Together, we are better. By collaborating with our customers, we drive meaningful progress and shape a smarter, more resilient future.

Nominations for the awards will be open from June 2- June 6, 2025. ENGAGE Canada Award winners will be privately notified the week of June 9 and announced publicly at ENGAGE Canada 2025 in Blue Mountains, Ontario.

Smart Community Award celebrates the remarkable achievements of a visionary Customer utilizing CentralSquare Solutions to revolutionize their community. Through the innovative use of data, cutting-edge cloud technology, and forward-thinking strategies, this Customer has demonstrated outstanding impact. Their efforts have not only enhanced operational efficiency but also tackled local challenges head-on, paving the way for new opportunities that enrich the lives of citizens, empower businesses, and strengthen organizations within their community.

CentralSquare’s ENGAGE – Innovation Award

This award honours a visionary Customer who is redefining possibilities by utilizing CentralSquare Solutions to address the unique challenges of their municipality or agency. Through exceptional leadership, groundbreaking innovation, and transformative strategies, this Customer is driving meaningful change that enhances lives within their organization and creates a lasting positive impact on the community they serve.

CentralSquare’s ENGAGE – User Group Award 

User groups are crucial to the success of CentralSquare’s Customers. They provide a platform for learning and networking with industry peers within similar geography, product interests, and goals. This award will celebrate the CentralSquare User Group who has been most active in providing a valuable space for our Customers to thrive and provide feedback to one another.

CentralSquare’s ENGAGE – Citizen Experience Award

This award recognizes the outstanding efforts of a municipality committed to utilizing citizen portals to engage with their community. By implementing CentralSquare Solutions, residents can access information most important to them wherever and whenever they need. This municipality has reduced the demand for traditional channels including face-to-face, over-the-counter, mail, phone, and email.
